After years of working in fitness and at wellness retreats, I have learned that there is no one path. Most experts don't have all the answers and give conflicting information. Some of it that sounds good, but isn't based on fact or science.
I work with you to clear out the clutter of information. We define what healthy means for YOU and what is important for YOU. Instead of trying to change your entire life, we develop a plan that provides changes that you can adapt into your life one step at a time with an emphasis on your high priority goals. We will look at many different aspects including: Nutrition, Life Outlook, Fitness, and Rest.
