We tend to live with little aches and pains and brush them off. Over time they can lead to greater issues. This workshop helps to uncover your body’s blind spots to tune up your body for optimal function. We will be using therapy balls with The Roll Model® Method to diminish muscle tightness with self-massage before jump starting sleepy weaker muscles with NeuroKinetic Therapy® for an overhaul of your body. 
 
No one should be in pain or have a body that feels off balance. By just stretching, we only focus on part of the equation with short lived relief. Getting our muscles to work properly creates balance and longer lasting results to get rid of those constant aches and body tightness.

Kate has over 15 years experience working in fitness and wellness. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is certified in multiple yoga modalities including Yoga Tune Up®.
