We all have goals that don’t quite work out the way they’d hope. For example, this was the rewarded experience after climbing a mountain- no view thanks to clouds and foggy glasses.
New Year’s resolutions are kind of like that. You start off with a grand plan and a ton of excitement, only to be overcome with struggle due to different issues. Maybe your goal gets on the list again next year or maybe you keep trying anyway hoping for a different result.
I find health and wellness goals get stuck in this limbo. And I get it. There are a ton of different experts telling you that they have the answer. When in reality, you do.
I believe we can all accomplish our goals. Sometimes though, the goal needs a bit of tweaking and a better plan.
