Description
It’s been said that the breath links our soul to our body, our ethereal being to physical self. Our breath can also activate the vagus nerve to bring us from a stressed sympathetic state to a relaxed parasympathetic state.
In this workshop, we’ll manipulate our breath rate and use the Coregeous® therapy ball in several areas of our torso to explore the different abodes of breath. Best to refrain from eating within 1-2 hours of workshop start time to make self-massage most comfortable.
Together, they will enhance the quality and depth of our breathing to release tension for a meditative frame of mind to access our intuition. We’ll use this tranquil experience for free journaling using prompts to guide us in creating intentions and action plans to generate the life we want.
