In this class, we will use a Coregeous ball to uncover where your ribs and torso may be stuck to enhance your ability to breathe efficiently helping the entire body feel better.
As an athlete, these moves are some that I do to improve my performance. Improving the quality of my breath helps me run better and recover from long distance trainings. It even helped reduce my calf cramps.
