Our 6 Weeks of Body Bliss course provides daily moves that you can do to improve flexibility and stability to live better in your body.
- A weekly PDF with links to all of the moves.
- A daily email with the move of the day to remind you.
- Each move can be completed in a 4-6 minutes, with a few longer videos included.
- They vary to target the common pain points: hips, shoulders, neck, back, ankles, and hips. (We know those hips need some love!)
- At the end, an interactive PDF with all 6 weeks.
This program has two options:
- If you have already completed our Free 7 Days to Body Bliss Program, we will add an additional 5 weeks to the program.
- If you have not signed up for the Free 7 Days to Body Bliss Program, you will begin there and continue with the additional 5 weeks.
Either way, you are paying for 5 Weeks total.
