deCordova Wellness Retreat

Embark on a transformative journey to reconnect with yourself and the tranquility of nature. This half-day deCordova Wellness Retreat will nurture your nervous system and immerse you in outdoor contemporary sculpture.

The retreat will begin with a brief yoga flow and meditation to release the chaos of everyday life. Next, embark on a guided trail walk around Flints Pond (approximately 1.5 miles). After our trail walk, we’ll enjoy a snack and refreshment provided by the Twisted Tree Café before ending the day with an enlightening guided tour of the Sculpture Park.

Expect to engage with thought-provoking contemporary art and quiet woodland trails.

This retreat is not just about physical activity; it’s about connecting with nature, listening to your body, and nurturing your mind. It’s an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle, and immerse yourself in an environment that promotes inspiration and relaxation.

This half-day retreat is designed to meet you where you are. No prior experience is required.

Join us on Sunday, October 20th, at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, MA, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
