Balance in Nature: An Equinox Wellness Retreat

Embark on a transformative journey to reconnect with your inner self and with the balance of nature. Our “Balance in Nature: An Equinox Wellness Retreat” is sanctuary for nurturing your nervous system, improving your well-being, and enjoying being immersed in the outdoors. In this half-day retreat, you will engage in a series of activities aimed at fostering mindfulness. The day will begin with breathwork and meditation to release the chaos of everyday life. This is then followed by a yoga session, which helps alleviate physical tension, enhances mobility, and improves self-awareness.

We’ll enjoy a quick snack before embarking on a rejuvenating forest bathing hike through the serene trails and Sedgwick gardens of Long Hill. Expect to explore historical landscapes, sweeping vistas of Beverly, and quiet woodland trails for ultimate relaxation benefits.

Wrap up your experience with a gentle yoga stretch and Savasana, allowing your body to fully absorb the rejuvenating effects of this immersive nature experience.

This retreat is not just about physical activity; it’s about connecting with nature, listening to your body, and nurturing your mind. It’s an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle, and immerse yourself in a nurturing environment that promotes relaxation and self-care.

Whether you’re a seasoned wellness enthusiast or a beginner seeking to explore new ways of self-care, our wellness retreat is designed to meet you where you are. No prior experience is required, just an open mind and a willingness to embark on this transformative journey. Be prepared to spend the entire experience outside.
