We are all in a precarious situation right now. There is a lot of uncertainty in the world and things are changing almost minute by minute. At AnamBliss, we’re fans of taking advantage of what life is throwing at us and creating opportunities. We can stay huddled inside worried about our health and well-being, or we can use this time for some introspection to evaluate ourselves. That is where the Alone Together Getting Healthy Challenge begins.
Every day for 14-21 Days, we will provide you with a short video with a few different questions designed to encourage you to think deeper about what health and wellness is for you. We’ll be looking at a fully holistic approach thinking about the Body (physical self), Mind (mental self), and Soul (higher purpose). From there to think about how we can shape our life to best suit our values. By shedding the ideals and practices that are holding us back and focusing more on what will help us thrive.
Because we shouldn’t all have the same definition of what it means to be healthy and well. Someone who is living with an auto-immune disease will need to be doing something different than a competitive athlete. Instead of listening to other people’s definitions, create your own. This way you can have lasting results.
Nothing will take more than a few minutes to do and it’ll be a nice break from the uncertainty life is giving us right now. We can productively harness our energy.
And to help encourage you to move a bit more, every day will also include a movement break. A short video of something you can do to move with intention for one particular area of the body.

Kate is a health and wellness professional with over 15 years experience. She has worked with award winning retreat centers to help clients make significant changes in their lives. With a B.S. in Exercise Science, yoga, fitness, nutrition, and life coaching certifications, she thinks of the whole person: Mind, Body, & Soul to help people live better in their bodies and their lives.
